In the third quarter of 2022, ACTIA’s business continued to grow, achieving turnover of €110.7 million. With growth at 7.7%, compared to 14.9% for the first half,

ACTIA Group, a family-owned and international mid-market company that designs and produces electronics to control systems in the demanding fields of the automotive, rail, aeronautics, space, defence, power and telecommunications industries, announces the initiation of coverage of the ACTIA share (Euronext Compartment C, FR0000076655 – ATI) by TP ICAP Midcap, a brokerage house and merchant bank specialising in small- and mid-caps.

Since early 2021, ACTIA has implemented specific organisational measures to minimise the impact of the components crisis on its operations. The Group’s consolidated financial statements thus show turnover of €248.5 million for the first half of 2022, up 14.9%. In the current climate, the Group is constantly striving to maximise its ability to serve its customers while continuing to prepare itself to satisfy its order book (IFRS 15), which grew to €429.8 million as of 30 June 2022, compared to €405.2 million as of 30 June 2021.

ACTIA enjoyed growth of 24.8% over this second quarter, following a first quarter up by 5.1%. All market segments progressed across the period with the exception of Light Vehicles
