With consolidated 2023 revenues of €579.3m, ACTIA Group has achieved an historic high with growth of 15.9% compared to 2022.

ACTIA’s turnover grew in the third quarter by 23.0% to reach €136.1m.

ACTIA generated revenue of €288.7 million over the first half of 2023, an improvement of 16.2% compared with the same period in 2022. In line with its expectations for the year, the Group is enjoying a sustained level of business activity, even if the ongoing supply difficulties for certain components continue to limit production with a backlog of around ten million at end June 2023.

ACTIA Group and Diadem, the parent company of STEEL Electronique, have entered into exclusive discussions to examine ways in which they might work more closely together. The possible transaction remains subject to negotiation.

At €138.2 million in the first quarter of 2023, ACTIA Group turnover rose by 20.8%, a reflection of the Group’s healthy order book
