ACTIA announces a technological collaboration with Ampere in the field of vehicle embedded systems
ACTIA has initiated a technological collaboration with Ampere – the Renault Group entity dedicated to electric vehicles and software – in the field of vehicle embedded systems.
In this context, ACTIA will support the deployment of solutions and skills through:
- The signing of an agreement for the sharing of expertise as part of the transfer of an ACTIA software solution in the field of vehicle embedded systems.
- The signing, subject to certain conditions precedent, of a project to set up a dedicated team, which is expected to be integrated by Ampere by the end of 2024.
This collaboration is part of ACTIA’s strategy to establish itself as a major player in the transformation of the automotive sector. It will enable ACTIA to capitalize on its high level of technological expertise in its core business, on-board electronic systems for vehicles, and ultimately strengthen its financial structure consistent with the actions undertaken over the past 2 years.
