ACTIA AND AMPERE CONFIRM THE SECOND STAGE OF THEIR TECHNOLOGICAL COOPERATION

On 29 March this year, ACTIA began a technological cooperation project in the field of embedded systems for vehicles with Ampere, the Renault Group entity in charge of smart electric vehicles.

Following the signature of an initial agreement covering the sharing of software expertise during the first half of 2024, the cooperation has been further strengthened by the signing of another agreement calling for the integration by Ampere of a dedicated team developed by ACTIA.

The completion of this second stage of the cooperation is a tribute to ACTIA’s know-how in the field of embedded electronic systems for vehicles, both from the point of view of its technological expertise as well as its ability to support and help develop skills.

This cooperation is a perfect fit with ACTIA’s strategy of positioning itself as a major player in the transformation of the automotive sector. It will enable the group to capitalise on its high level of technological expertise in its core business, namely embedded electronic systems for vehicles and, ultimately strengthen its financial structure as part of the ongoing efforts made over the past 2 years.
